Purpose: Establish a powerful narrative that conveys the importance of Checkr’s fair chance mission, highlights candidate success stories, and presents Checkr as a best-in-class partner.
While excelling in customer-facing UX content design, I actively pursued other opportunities to broaden my impact across Checkr.

Hubbub Coffee, a grassroots brand known for quality, was ready to ignite a new wave of passion among its fans and captivate a wider audience. So, we crafted a compelling narrative that showcased the brand's authenticity and enduring value.
Overall goals:
Reconnect the core: We revisited the brand's foundational values and unique selling proposition (USP) to ensure every message resonated deeply
Product renaissance: We reinvigorated the existing product line while exploring opportunities for strategic innovation. This involved refreshing packaging, highlighting the timeless appeal of their classic products, and introducing new offerings that complemented the brand's core identity.
